AI advisory & implementation · Singapore

Practical AI for businesses that have real work to get done.

We help Singapore companies decide where AI is worth using, put it into daily operations, and keep it compliant with the PDPA and local governance guidance. No hype, no 80-slide strategy decks — just projects that pay for themselves.

What we do

Four ways we work with clients. Most start with the first and stay for the second.

01

Strategy & roadmap

Identify where AI saves time or money in your operations, estimate the return, and sequence the work.

02

Build & integrate

Assistants, document processing and workflow automation connected to the systems you already use.

03

Governance & risk

AI policies, data-protection assessments and controls drawn from the PDPA and IMDA's frameworks.

04

Training & adoption

Hands-on workshops so your team uses the tools properly — and keeps using them after we leave.

How an engagement runs

  1. Measure

We sit with the people who do the work, map the process and look at the data. Two to three weeks.

  2. Shape

A short list of opportunities with cost, expected benefit and risk. You choose what to build.

  3. Fit

We build a working pilot on your real data and test it with your staff before anything goes live.

  4. Strengthen

Roll-out, training, monitoring and a handover your team can maintain.

Common questions

Do you only work with large companies?

No. Most of our clients are SMEs with between 10 and 200 staff. Engagements are scoped so that a first project can be completed in weeks, not quarters.

Can AI projects be supported by government grants in Singapore?

Often, yes. Depending on the project, schemes such as the Productivity Solutions Grant (for pre-approved solutions) or the Enterprise Development Grant (for customised projects) may apply. Eligibility and support levels are set by the agencies and change over time, so we check the current criteria with you before any proposal is written.

Will our data be used to train public AI models?

Not by us. We design solutions on business-grade services with data-processing terms that exclude training on customer data, and we document data flows so they can be assessed against the PDPA.

What does a first engagement look like?

Usually a two-to-three week discovery: interviews with the people doing the work, a review of processes and data, and a short list of costed opportunities ranked by value and risk. You keep the report whether or not you continue with us.

Not sure where AI fits in your business?

A 45-minute conversation is usually enough to tell you whether there is a worthwhile project — and whether it is ready for funding support.
